This page lists the resources utilized in the paper's benchmarks.

OWL2 RL ruleset

The OWL2 RL ruleset can be found here in SPIN format, and here in the Apache Jena rule format. The accompanying axioms can be found here.

Benchmark ontologies

Matentzoglu et al. [1] extracted the OWL2RL Benchmark Corpus from general-purpose repositories including the Oxford Ontology repository and the Manchester OWL Corpus (MOWLCorp). It contains ontologies from clinical and biomedical fields (ProPreo, ACGT, SNOMED), linguistic and cognitive engineering (DOLCE) and food & wine domains (Wine); and from BioPortal, a comprehensive repository of biomedical ontologies.

For the purposes of this paper, we only utilized the BioPortal ontologies. For PC benchmarks, we had to leave out 3 ontologies as they took longer than 10 minutes for reasoning:
